Question:
How will the City provide requested records to me?
Answer:
Electronic Transmission; records will be transmitted online through the Public Records Center. Electronic records requested on a removable storage device such as a USB drive may be subject to a
fee
.
Paper Copies; paper copies may be requested and may be subject to a
copy fee.
If a production of paper records is large/voluminous, you may inspect them in person to determine if you desire copies. Copies can also be mailed through the US Postal Service, which may be subject to the cost of mailing container and postage.
Inspection:
Development Services records may be inspected in-person by appointment during normal Public Records Center business hours. Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
An appointment is required for in-person records inspections for Police and City Clerk's Office requests. Please schedule an appointment through your request in the portal or phone phone.

Please note that the City does not allow a requestor to attach a personal storage device, such as a USB drive, to City-owned computers.
